CCWiffer

We have released a conversion tool - CCWiffer - that can be used to convert Wiff file into either mzXML or mzData format. The user manual for the tool is here.

We have published example ontology designed for illustrative purpose.

Change of URL

We have obtained a subdomain so the URL of "Charleston Core" has changed from "http://bioinformatics.musc.edu/cc" to "http://www.charlestoncore.org".

Changes of static website technology

We recently made the change from writing plain HTML files to using Apache Forrest as the main technology to manage the static content of Charleston Core. Forrest is an application of Apache's cocoon framework that is based on W3C's XSLT.
