Charleston Core Ontology

As more and more ontology works developes, we need a structure to organize our work. Here is a descriptions

• Ontologies: Here list all published ontologies that are recommended for everyone to use.
• Profiles: Here are a list of Profiles that has been developed.
• Experimental: These are the ontologies that are either created for a purpose but would hopefully be switched to a complete one, or are created temporarily before moving it to the stable ontologies categories.
• Example: Here are some examples that are created for illustrative purpose but not for production use.
• Deprecated: These are ontologies that do not recommend to use.
