Charleston Core Wiff File Converter

This web page serves as the project page of CCWiffer. The CCWiffer project is hosted by SourceForget.Net under the project name of "ccwiffer". The ccwiffer's project page is redirected to this page for the ease of management.

Note, the ccwiffer is developed againt the API provided Applied Biosystem but not against the code format of WIFF file. Since the API for each version of Analyst QS varies, it may not work on your system especially if you have a newer version of the software. But you are free to use the source code and give it a try.
