DLC² is a graphical presentation language that is designed for ontology modeling with RDF/OWL. The language uses a formal approach to define a set of graphical notations, which can subsequently be used to facilitate the design and presentation of ontologies.

CCWiffer is a conversion tool that can be used to convert the raw MS data stored in Wiff file into XML Based standard of either mzXML or mzData. The user manual can be found on here. The source code can be found in source forge.

Note, the ccwiffer is developed againt the API provided Applied Biosystem but not against the code format of WIFF file. Since the API for each version of Analyst QS varies, it may not work on your system especially if you have a newer version of the software. But you are free to use the source code and give it a try.
